Refund policy
Digital Products
Digital products can be purchased and accessed around the globe. All digital products are non-refundable. As digital files are delivered immediately after payment, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for these items.
Physical Products
All sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Eg. Damaged product or wrong product issued.
Damaged Product / Wrong Item Issued
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product. This will allow us to review the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it. You can get in touch with us at : contact@cozychillartin.com
If your refund has been approved, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship physical products ONLY to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia via tracked mail. Due to the current world situation :( Shipping options and tracking details will be provided at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
Orders are processed as promptly as possible; however, during peak periods (such as the holiday season), additional processing time may be required.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so the best way to calculate the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
