Digital Products

Digital products can be purchased and accessed around the globe. All digital products are non-refundable. As digital files are delivered immediately after payment, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for these items.

Physical Products

All sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Eg. Damaged product or wrong product issued.

Damaged Product / Wrong Item Issued

If your refund has been approved, a refund will be issued via your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
